Can i return my item? What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Moon Island Arts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. To return an item, please contact us at info@moonislandarts.com.
I’m an illustrator and would like to share my portfolio, how can i do that?
We are happy to recieve your portfolio via email at info@moonislandarts.com or by contacting us through our contact form. Please note that we have strict requirements for the style, skill, and technique used in our work, so please don't be discouraged if your art is not accepted. We still appreciate you taking the time to submit your portfolio.
Is it true that every Moon Island Arts print have a hidden message?
Every giclee print from Moon Island Arts has a secret code word or phrase hidden somewhere in it. We use professional high-precision giclee printing, which allows us to insert very small text into our prints. We also try our best to hide the text in a place where it is very difficult to find.
The rules for each print can vary, but in most cases, the first five people to find the hidden code word or phrase and contact us will receive a special print for free. As of October 2023, only up to three people per print have found the code and claimed the reward.
Can you ship to my Country? Where are you shipping from?
We are based and ship from Tokyo, Japan. Most of our customers are located in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, and Japan, but we are happy to ship to customers all over the world.
Wow, your art is so affordable recently! Have you lowered your prices?
No, we haven't changed our prices for any of our prints. However, the US dollar is very strong against the Japanese yen right now, so our prints are more affordable for customers from the US.
We haven't seen many print drops from you lately. Are you planning to release any more soon?
We haven't done many print drops in 2022 and 2023 due to unexpected life events, but we are working on some exciting projects right now. Stay tuned and follow us on Instagram or Facebook for the latest news!
