If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. We are based and ship from Tokyo, Japan. Most of our customers are located in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, and Japan, but we are happy to ship to customers all over the world.
Every giclee print from Moon Island Arts has a secret code word or phrase hidden somewhere in it. We use professional high-precision giclee printing, which allows us to insert very small text into our prints. We also try our best to hide the text in a place where it is very difficult to find.
The rules for each print can vary, but in most cases, the first five people to find the hidden code word or phrase and contact us will receive a special print for free. As of October 2023, only up to three people per print have found the code and claimed the reward.
