What began as a simple idea has quietly become a yearly tradition — releasing a Home Alone piece every Christmas. Partly because these releases have developed a dedicated following, and partly because the season holds a special place for us. Christmas has always meant Home Alone.

When we first developed this concept with Mr. Melville, we were torn between portraying the house in daylight or at night. Each mood carries its own character in the film, almost as if they belong to different worlds.

This year, we finally created the Day Edition — conceived as a companion piece to the Night Editions many of you already have in your collections.

We’re pleased to share this new piece. As always, the artwork includes hidden and not-so-hidden details, and Mr. Melville’s ability to build atmosphere through pure isometry continues to astonish us. We believe this is the most detailed rendering of the McCallister house ever produced.
